Door-to-door service is available throughout Western Europe for any product requiring a constant temperature between +25°C and −20°C.
Customair delivers each service within the agreed time, method and conditions. Goods travel on our own vehicles, driven by dependable and highly experienced staff.
Our team is ready to leave for any European destination at any time and on any day, including public holidays, and can reach the destination within 24 hours of departure. Two drivers are assigned to longer routes, with stops planned in supervised areas.
The cold chain is maintained from collection to delivery using refrigerated vehicles. Hygiene, cleanliness and order are essential.
Refrigeration units maintain the selected temperature regardless of external conditions and vehicles are fitted with a second refrigeration unit. Temperature is documented by the onboard recorder and can be checked online at any time, together with vehicle location and route.
Location, route and temperature can be monitored throughout the journey. Constant oversight protects the goods and enables punctual delivery management.
This covers technical and operational aspects. Vehicles, routes and personnel are selected with care. The fleet uses modern, reliable trucks with both road-powered and independent operation.
This safeguards against unlawful acts, theft and robbery. Drivers and goods are protected through constant vehicle monitoring, alarm systems and satellite protection.
Every journey complies with road traffic and transport laws in force in Italy and in all countries travelled through.
